Economic activism

Economic activism means using economic policy and tools to spread an idea and lead social change. My work is to create positive change through social-impact business, impact investment, corporate governance reform and public education.

One of his strengths is his ability to analyze different issues from multi-stakeholder viewpoint, reflecting impact of certain policies on different groups in the society. Amarjargal Rinchinnyam, Prime Minister

This young man understands and explains the economy very well, with a pragmatic approach. He doesn’t fly off into the clouds with theory — he talks about things on the ground, and he doesn’t just talk, he acts.

Batpurev is a results oriented person and he has shown that he is a good organizer, but his research capacity cannot be overlooked as well, especially his ability to breakdown very complicated issues into simple and intelligible pieces, and present it to non-technical audiences, be it policymakers or general public. Mission

A Mongolia that is free, prosperous,
educated,
proud of its history and building its future

I work to help build a Mongolia where everyone lives in freedom, creates prosperity through their own work, leads the world through knowledge, takes pride in its heritage and history, and shapes its future with its own hands.

  • Freedom is not only a right granted by law. It is the opportunity for everyone to speak without fear, choose their own path in life and fully realise their talents. In a society where human rights, justice and the rule of law are firmly established, citizens do not depend on the state; they own it.
  • A prosperous Mongolia is a society built on a strong middle class, where every household has a stable income and every person is capable and confident about the future. Its foundation is a free and fairly competitive economy, an accountable state and private-sector-led development.
  • Education is not a step towards a diploma but the lifelong ability to learn, the habit of sound thinking and the process of human development. Every child, wherever they are born, should have access to quality education. A system that combines STEAM+ knowledge with national heritage will be the foundation of Mongolia’s competitiveness.
  • We Mongolians are a people who left a deep mark on world history. Yet being proud of our history means more than praising the past: it means understanding its achievements, mistakes and lessons truthfully and using them for today’s development.
  • The future is not something ready-made waiting for us. It is a creation that grows out of our choices, work, courage and cooperation today.
